As I was visiting an elderly relative at the hospital across the road,
for my needs it was the perfect location and was close enough to the
town centre for a break in between visiting hours. The owners were
extremely helpful and allowed me to leave the car with them before the
return trip to Yorkshire. -

... ce que les gens disent » f were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. We were given a room in the gardens because we had our small dog with us and this was perfect for us, the room had everything we needed and it was cosy in the cold weather we were having. -
We have stayed at Fairlawns many times and have never been disappointed. We arrived a bit early after a long transatlantic flight and Matt was very accommodating about finding a room that met our needs even though it was not the room they had planned for us. The breakfast was fabulous as usual.

Friendly, helpful, efficient staff. Excellent town center location, lots of pubs and eating places nearby. Good welcoming atmosphere.
