Ce que les gens disent
Owner's were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was really nice and we were asked if everything was fine for our toddler. Maya offered to make her something else. When we first got there we were offered a cuppa which we gladly took up. She also made a real effort with my little girl. With us being in the countryside the night time stars were very impressive. We were about 3 miles out from Ashford which we found just right. Nice to see they were trying to keep up with the maintenance of such. tous commentaires »
Maya welcomed us when we arrived quite late and showed us to our room which was spotless! She then offered us a drink and made our very tired girls a hot chocolate each! The bathroom was not ensuite but was very close to the room and was also spotless! We slept very well in the two double beds. The continental breakfast in the morning was exceptional!
Overall our stay was short but sweet! Thank you Maya.
Our room was spacious & well presented, comfortable beds (2 dbls, family room), warm too, on a very cold night! The owner was very helpful, we had breakfast in our room at 5.45am & she even provided us with sandwiches for our onward journey. An excellent location for an overnight stop before an early Channel crossing.
Good location for walking along many trails. Lots of villages with very
good pub food.
Accommodation was clean and comfortable and host eager to make you feel at home - very attentive when needed and discreet at other times.
Would strongly recommended if you like walking in the country and need a friendly base.
SO MUCH SPACE! Rooms have lots of room to move around; bathrooms are large and simple; spacious lounge room; billiards room in the basement; and beautiful conservatory for breakfast. Maya is sweet and has a lot of suggestions for touring and eating. Gorgeous views of the countryside.
The owner was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great, lots of choice for a continental breakfast and served in a lovely conservatory. Bed was very comfortable and the separate bathroom was huge with a big bath and shower!.
The house and the setting were stunning, the hostess was welcoming and could not have been more helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and decorated in a modern, stylish way but manage to be cosy at the same time.
It's close to Canterbury and the small and beautiful town of Rye.
The host was very nice and welcoming. She wanted us to feel very comfortable in her house. Very generous breakfast and excellent coffee.
Welcoming by Maya very warming. Made tea as we settled in. Rooms very comfortable and well designed.
breakfast superb. Better than many "full English" as the quality of the ingredients are well chosed.
Very friendly host who couldn't do enough to please. Room occupied had lovely views on to Kent countryside. Breakfast room and continental breakfast both very pleasant. Overall a very pleasant stay.
terrific friendliness of welcome; location (quiet); good size room and bathroom; good selection of toiletries; modern fittings; excellent continental breakfast with view over rolling fields.
Superb quiet countryside location. Family run business 5 minutes from M20 and 20 minutes drive to Dover. Safe off road parking. highly recommended.
Beautiful location, I was made to feel very welcome and completely at home. Wish I'd had more time to look around the area - on my to do list.
An amazing Bed & Breakfast, with a great location and facilities. Maya is a great host; very helpful. We will definitely be back.
Very helpful service and very comfortable bed. Extraordinarily good continental breakfast with lots of delicious choices.
Maya was absolutely lovely. So welcoming and friendly. Comfy beds, spotlessly clean and breakfast. Fantastic!.
The friendliness of our hostess Maya, the comfort of the premises &
the delicious breakfast.
Lovely breakfast and very friendly and helpful hostess. Use of the tennis court.
Extremely friendly and helpful host, excellent (continental) breakfast.
Maya was a wonderful host. The continental breakfast was amazing!!.
1. the cleanliness of the rooms
2. The surroundings: countryside.
Very cute cottage and friendly owner!
we enjoyed a lot!!.
Very friendly owner, nothing was too much trouble.
Best guest house and I really recommended :).
Cooked Breakfast
Lovely rooms.
Owner was very helpful and did everything possible to make our stay pleasant.
Large Bedroom.
Nothing.
Bathroom was not en-suite, but very close to room so not really a problem.
Only one issue and that was the room was very cold on the first night
(although it was exceptionally cold weather at the time) but this was
resolved when mentioned to the host through a small portable heater.
No hot breakfast. Maya will make toast, however.
The postcode was misleading at first, taking us to a derelict farmhouse!.
Nothing negative to say.
Needs a sign to the car park.
Nothing as such although some clients may see the private facilities not being en-suite as a drawback although it didn't concern us unduly.
things that may bother others more than they did us - had own bathroom allocated to us, but room was not en-suite; tea and biscuits offered on arrival but no tea-making facility in the room; pillows foam, not feather; no chair in room; curtains thin, so very light in room at 5am. None of this seriously detracted from our enjoyment of our stay.
N/A.
Nothing.
Nothing!.
WiFi would be an advantage, but not essential.
There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room although this will soon be amended.
Nothing!.
1. No chairs in the room.
All good.
I believe we were the first people to stay in the room. Electrical setup was not good; fuses blew and we had no hot water. Impossible to locate light switches; leaking sink - taps so low that one could hardly put hands into the water.
No cooked breakfast
Not ensuite
To tea or coffee in the room
Too expensive compared to other b&b's in the area with all the above.
