  I was really looking forward to the breakfast & on letsbookhotel.com was only offered the 'Premier' breakfast... Accepting this it was a shambles. It was not properly explained that we had to order the hot food but everything else we could get for ourselves. What happened is that we waited for an unreasonable amount of time, & I didn't con... ce que les gens disent » sider it to be busy at the time; also the hot breakfast that was ordered was incorrect. It tasted good, but I was very disappointed. - Rooms a third bigger than we imagined and recently refurbished. Heating efficient and responsive. Restaurant Staff extremely helpful and kind to my 90 year old Mum who was with us in another room. Did toast etc for us and really looked,after us despite cafe being very busy.
