I was surprised the restaurant wasn't busier than it actually was. How often do you see quality food and quality portions.   Very much liked the decor - youthful and trendy, unexpected but great. The room was VERY comfortable. LOVED the mattress. Bathroom was roomy. Enjoyed having the small fridge in the room. I had a very difficult time finding the hotel due to a blocked exit on the M1 and then problems with the sat nav sending me to the middle of Nottingham. But your receptionist at Daybrook that evening was wonderful, helped me get to your Miller's Barn location (I think that was the name of it). There, receptionist Faye had printed out directions to Daybrook f - We liked everything. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The adjoining rooms were perfect for our family group(3 adults and 8 children!). The staff could not have been better - they were so helpful it made our weekend. I wish I had their names but special thanks to the young lady who allocated our rooms and to the night receptionist/porter

If you can't stay a night or two do yourself a huge favour and go for a meal.
