  The cleanest and neatest place I have ever stayed in! It was lovely! The single room I had was cosy with lovely white covers. The bathroom was modern and spotless. I would recommend this place to everyone. I noticed the other larger rooms were very well appointed. Breakfast was lovely.   This is a lovely B&B right over looking the beach so an ideal location. You can part outside the property or along their stretch if space available- or they have a car park nearby all free- which is a luxury you hardly come across nowadays! Full english breakfast was delish, and as t - The proprietors were extremely helpful and friendly. A problem that arose was sorted out without any drama. The breakfast was very good with a choice of toasts, jams etc which could be done to your own taste. I asked for a non butter spread which was quickly produced. I would be happy to return and take my family. There was a quiet and professional air about the staff and accommodation which was welcoming and relaxing especially as I was visiting for a difficult family matter.

  Very Friendly Staff, who were very helpful. I liked that there was a place to have breakfast, on site, without having to go to the Harvester next-door. I liked the ability to adjust the heating in my room as it was a very cold month for the month of April in the uk. The bed was super comfortable! With warm duvets.   Couchage très confortable - All staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a drink in Hubb's bar and felt very relaxed. We have stayed, at the Ramada Encore three times now whilst visiting my daughter in Rochester. The hotel is modern, very clean and within easy reach for visiting local areas of interest. A great setting in Chatham's Historic Dockyard. There was also tea and coffee making in the room, even though the website hadn't mentioned this.
