Le confort - The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The local knowledge of the reception staff on arrival and the guidance given by phone, to find the hotel from LUTON AIRPORT was excellent - suprisingly noisy in the room facing the main road although we were a fair distance from the road and the road was only an A road .

Sopwell House Hotel was a great stay, the room was lovely with a nice

The facilities were excellent on the site, although it was a shame that we could not use the spa on the Friday until after 3pm, despite checking in. The pool was fantastic though, and the various relaxation areas: salon, bar, conservatory were all nicely done and peaceful.
Free wifi was also a sensible inclusion in the price

A beautiful old building with a pretty restaurant. Bedrooms in newerwing so modern and clean. Excellent breakfast - loads of choice. Veryattentive waiting staff.
