  We were greeted at the door by (Monika, I think that was the lady's name), she was helpful and friendly. We were going to the O2 for a concert and she advised us of the bus we needed, the cost involved and the fact that the service ran 24 hours a day. We have lots of friends coming to various events and will recommend this hotel. Also we arrived early and leela kindly let us into our room.The owners young son was very friendly and helpful. We will return to this hotel.

  Wonderful experience. The view is breathtaking. The staff, Adam, was such a gentleman, he came Sunday 9pm to show us the apartment. Really felt like home. Plenty of TV channels. Plenty of restaurants around. Comfortable beds. The park just moments away with a fantastic playground for children. The concierge was great. - The location was excellent with a balcony directly overlooking the Thames with views of the London Eye, Shard and the Gherkin. It is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept! To sum up B2 has elegant - Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay! Very quick check in with lovely staff who helped us to find bus routes. The room we stayed in was amazing - everything from the layout to the comfy bed and huge shower made our stay so fun. We also had a great view onto the courtyard where the sun came in, and were able to see the park. We were able to leave bags for the day. Tower Bridge was just down the road! Short bus journey to Waterloo/Southbank areas too.
