Un probleme avec la serrure de ma chambre à été résolu en me donnant une autre chambre plus grande. petit déjeuner buffet très bien - Friendly staff, speed of repairs even during the Christmas break. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room by putting me in a peaceful canal-facing room at the end of a higher floor.
