We stayed one night again for the second week running. Daughter had head cold and temperature. Staff went out of their way to help i.e. jugs of iced water etc and very accommodating with all requests. As with my review from last week thoroughly enjoyed the overnight stay. A big thank you to the lovely Manager and all his kind staff, We will be returning in the not to distant future.

We loved everything about this beautiful hotel! The owners and staff were very friendly, interesting and helpful. We were made to feel welcome instantly. They also had excellent knowledge of the local area and gave us good recommendations for eating out. We stayed in the stunning and very luxurious "red" room, which was large, clean and comfortable. Lovely bathroom with big, fluffy towels and robes! Very tasty breakfast. We enjoyed sitting in the downstairs bar and garden area sampling the good

One road off the sea front and an easy walk into town. Our room was great and then we got upgraded to shelter us from the noise of a wedding reception. Roll top bath in the big luxurious room; on suite as well. The staff were caring and professional, the food fantastic. We ate on our 2 for 1 Tastecard which was another bonus. We will return to Bournemouth just to stay at The Green House. Thanks

A traditional family hotel run with so much care. Everywhere was spotless even the décor and lighting in extremely good order.- we didn't see one light bulb not working properly! Food excellent and staff so friendly. The garden facing the cliff top is wonderful and in good weather taking either morning coffee or afternoon tea it is so relaxing

Staff were friendly and very professional. I was running the Bournemouth Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October and I asked Petar on reception if it was possible to delay my checkout by an hour so I could come back to the hotel and shower. He was able to do this and I really appreciated it as I was travelling back to London.

Very friendly atmosphere, the owners were great. The room was spotlessand wonderfully finished in tip top condition. We have never had betterservice. Will definitely stay there again highly recomended 10/10. - Very welcoming and helpful staff. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. All in all a very delightful few days.

Staff were excellent and reception were brilliant, ringing me when my room was available to check in which was 11am, very early. Also as we had come to see the air show they had printed brochures with timetables which were so helpful as we hadn't been before. We were able to leave our bag at the hotel after check out and when we collected it were able to use the facilities and change after being on the beach all day ready for our journey home. The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked
