The staff went out of their way for you, polite, friendly and knowledgable. The room excellent, the bed incredible and considering proximity to airport ( on site ) no noise at all. I really couldn't reccomend this hotel enough! I have stayed in 5* hotels but this actually surpassed service and my family had the best nights sleep in a hotel!

Very clean, modern and in good decoration.
Spacious even for a family of 4.
Receptionist was helpful and efficient.
Sofa bed was sturdy, comfortable and did not creak.
Restaurant had a good variety of food on offer at a reasonable price and staff friendly and efficient.
Break fast had a good variety on offer to cater for all tastes and was delicious.

I was there for my retirement party, arrangements were taken care of by 2 collegues, food was excellent, staff very friendly. It is my understanding that the music for thr party was arranged by the hotel, and the choice was great, everyone I have spoken with has said it was a verry successful evening. - the privacy,the staff very helpfull,the love

I am sorry to know the Watermill is under threat. It is one of very few hotels in Paisley. It is comfortable and friendly and the room clean and fresh. The location by the river was a real bonus. Effort to sustain and improve would turn this from Good hotel to a very good one. It has my vote of confidence -

Very convenient location for flying out of Glasgow airport, I emailed the hotel requesting a quiet family room and this has been done for us. Great choice of tv channels, tea and coffee facilities, lovely bathroom, everything extremely clean. We'll definitely stay again if flying from Glasgow. -

We would definately like to stay there again. - Friendly atmosphere, staff were very attentive, rooms and meal choice were excellent. Rooms were of the right standard for the traveller.
