Loved the ease of the booking. The staff were very friendly and happy to accommodate our early arrival (being that we had traveled straight from Australia, total hrs 30). Beds and pillow were very comfortable,and the room was very clean. -

This is our second stay at the hotel. You get a warm welcome as you arrive and this carries on through all the staff. You are treated like a guest instead of just another number. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables - Problems with the shower, I feel that instructions should have been given to work the taps, I know that sounds strange but I did have a problem!! The shower door very small, I imagine it could be a problem for some people, I am an Occupational Health Nurse and had done many things in connection for Health

Quiet location with open country views but on outskirts of city only 5 - 10 minutes from centre where shopping facilities are excellent.
Rooms recently refurbished so very well presented and maintained to high standard of cleanliness. Very good restaurant. -

Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were visiting as daughters had a competition for which they had to arrive at 8am. As breakfast didn't start until 8 the receptionist ensured there were 2 takeaway breakfasts available so my daughters were still able to eat before their competition. Would recomend this premier inn. -

Everything was clean and tidy. If you want something more upmarket go elsewhere, but for a weekend base with or without kids it's great.

have travelled lots and this is the most efficient, speedy and stress free check in and check out I have experienced. Staff were friendly and helpful and there were no glitches at all. - everyone was very helpfull service was excellent if I were giving it marks out of 10 then it would get 10 out of 10 I would recommend it to all my friends

L'hôtel est neuf, tout est propre. - The room was very clean and comfortable, as was the bed. Nice powerful shower, not too much noise outside, very pleasant. Staff very nice, professional, friendly. - the freindliness of the staff, a very helpful manager, the cleanliness of the hotel and surrounding areas and the ease to get in and out of town

i came here for work. so it did not bother me that its far from the city.
Tesco is right beside the hotel. offices were within walking distance, if u finish with work and don't feel like going to the city, westhill is beautiful if you just walk around and take pictures around the farms.

Reception staff were really friendly, the cleaning staff did a great job, there were nice touches like the kids pj's under pillows and things put out of the way for them. To have two proper beds for the kids was great as last time they were mattresses on the floor. We were also served in the shepherds rest by a young man who was really helpful and kind (think called Dylan?)

I am a disabled individual and when I arrived here were cars parked in disabled spaces and none of them had a blue badge, the staff were excellent considerate and very helpful.
They arranged for the cars to be moved and whilst I was waiting I was given a coffee.
They got me the parking bay.
The next night the same happened the staff had put cones

Breakfast staff very pleasant and also evening staff in restaurant very
nice. Reception, even though we were the only ones checking in at that
moment, gave us a double instead of twin. Had to come down again to
reception and wait for double room. No delay. Ofcourse I would recommend
Aberdeen to other travellers. No reason not to.

arrived shortly after 2pm on the Friday, swiftly checked in by the friendly receptionist, we payed on arrival and were quickly given our key cards told of all the facilities within the hotel. The hotel was busy with christmas parties but we expected it to be and it didn't dampen our moods. Great location off union street and pubs and clubs all dow

The park inn is modern and very well done I.e décor and layout,
being a smoker I liked the section of outdoors within the building
which is a great idea saving you from standing out the front. Its in
a good position for shopping etc. breakfast was inc and was of fair
to good quality, however some items did lack flavour. All staff were
very polite.
