Loved the ease of the booking. The staff were very friendly and happy to accommodate our early arrival (being that we had traveled straight from Australia, total hrs 30). Beds and pillow were very comfortable,and the room was very clean. -

Very nice brand new Business hotel located 5 mins walk from Aberdeen Airport. Very comfortable, clean rooms with excellent facilities. The breakfast offered was excellent. It only opened in July, so the hotel overall was very good. I think there was a £ 5 charge per night for parking, but can't be sure, as I did not take a car. Staff were new, and were under training, but very friendly. The restaurant did not have a big menu to boast about, but seemed okay.

This is our second stay at the hotel. You get a warm welcome as you arrive and this carries on through all the staff. You are treated like a guest instead of just another number. Quiet location with open country views but on outskirts of city only 5 - 10 minutes from centre where shopping facilities are excellent.

Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were visiting as daughters had a competition for which they had to arrive at 8am. As breakfast didn't start until 8 the receptionist ensured there were 2 takeaway breakfasts available so my daughters were still able to eat before their competition. Would recomend this premier inn. -

Everything was clean and tidy. If you want something more upmarket go elsewhere, but for a weekend base with or without kids it's great.
