  We arrived really late and left really early so unfortunately justslept, but we were very impressed with The Stables and perhaps willreturn one day with more time to relax and enjoy! - great hotel,nice friendly staff,rooms very cosy and clean,quiet location,nice food. will be staying here again and will also recomend

  there is so much to say about this place. It is an experience of the finest country house you could hope to be a guest of. The staff are available but completely unintrusive, in perfect synchronization with the stately impression that the house commands.   The owner was extremely friendly and helpful.Still suffering from old reviews of previous owner.We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves here, and the price was as good as you can get for a bed and breakfast.Breakfast was consistently good.Live music in the bar below the rooms,so don't book here for a peaceful break,but great if you like live music.Fantast... ce que les gens disent » ic sunsets to be viewed over the menai strait,sat outside with a good pint in your hand! - Most amazing location for the money on our trip. We had the front family room as no one else was there, well worth the extra money, left hand window looked out at the Edward I castle, front window overlooked the water. Really great food, friendly staff and pub regulars, great breakfast. A value highlight of our trip.
