They gave us a few ideas as to what we could do whilst we were there and gave us a couple of tips such as buying tickets from the tourist info kiosk which saved us a lot of money.   Impressive lovely place, good value, excellent layout, fabulous decor and furnishings, big bedrooms (we stayed in the Burton suite - 5 Star luxury) on site parking, perfect hosts Jayne & Steve who are wonderful and welcoming.
