have travelled lots and this is the most efficient, speedy and stress free check in and check out I have experienced. Staff were friendly and helpful and there were no glitches at all. - everyone was very helpfull service was excellent if I were giving it marks out of 10 then it would get 10 out of 10 I would recommend it to all my friends

Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables - Problems with the shower, I feel that instructions should have been given to work the taps, I know that sounds strange but I did have a problem!! The shower door very small, I imagine it could be a problem for some people, I am an Occupational Health Nurse and had done many things in connection for Health

The staff are incredible - friendly, helpful and kind. We've stayed here before (at Rosemount and Whitehall) and look forward to staying again. Rooms are spacious, clean and have more than everything you need and the breakfast is great. Can't say enough about these hote suites!! -

Nice clean rooms, bit small but fine for price paid. Bed comfortable. Staff very attentive. WiFi added bonus! All we needed on hand including iron and board. Very central location and was surprised at what little noise we heard. Jacuzzi bath was a highlight. Was worried about only continental breakfast but needn't had been, lots to choose from and

Was only for one night but would stay again. Very comfy bed, clean white cotton bed linen which smelt of that "just dried in the fresh air" smell, not the usual hotel laundry smell. A massive jacuzzi bath, (bit noisy you would have to shout if you wanted a conversation), the colour scheme easy on the eye, quite restful considering. Good substantial self serve continental breakfast the following morning. Friendly staff.

We visited the Cults as we were attending a family party being held in the reception hall within the hotel so it was great leaving the reception and going straight to our room rather than having to hang around waiting on taxis. The whole evening including dinner (which we purchased seperately, not included in room rate) before the event was great

The staff couldn't have been more friendly, efficient and obliging. As we were going to a wedding, we asked if we could get into our rooms before official check in time and it was not a problem. The rooms were charming and the beds were very comfortable with good linen.

First time at Ibis Aberdeen and although we've stayed in Ibis Glasgow, this was by far a much more warmer experience. Getting to the hotel is very easy if you coming my air then take 727 stagecoach till union square or broad street and the hotel is in front of you and if you coming by train walk 250 meter towards the harbor everything is centrally located if you book ibis union square trust me it is a good deal. I had requested a room overlooking the port which was not available when I checked in. Staff, food, and facilities were excellent; they even prepared a bowl of porridge to my requirements. It was the little things that were really appreciated, ice/water dispensing machine in hallway, hairdryer and iron available without having to ask and wait our turn, extra pillows and blankets packaged in room and the fact that the hotel is an integrated part of the shopping /travel centre.

Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were visiting as daughters had a competition for which they had to arrive at 8am. As breakfast didn't start until 8 the receptionist ensured there were 2 takeaway breakfasts available so my daughters were still able to eat before their competition. Would recomend this premier inn. -

Everything was clean and tidy. If you want something more upmarket go elsewhere, but for a weekend base with or without kids it's great.
