Ce que les gens disent
A great BUDGET hotel. Rooms were simple, but clean and in good condition. Friendly staff, free wifi, super clean shared bathroom, short walk from the sea with sunset views, walking distance to Ataturk square. Tea, nescafe, and Turkish coffee available at reception. Free Turkish breakfast at a tea house right outside the hotel, but lacking the typical tomatoes and cucumbers. But good otherwise. Love the Trabzon bread. A great choice for a budget hotel that does not feel sleazy. tous commentaires »
İ m not going write much things bcos price was like nothing.. so when you stay there for this price pls try to see good things..
location was great.. staff to :).
The hotel was very clean and the staff at breakfast were great. It's a great hotel for this price! The location is great.
I liked the spaciousness of the rooms and the sense of safety, as a
female traveller. Wifi was great.
Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, good location, good speed of internet connection.
The hotel gym was very funny :-) A hula-hoop, a weight-lifting bar, and an exercise bike in the corridor on the second floor! The breakfast is in a cafe around the corner. As others have said, it's fairly basic but it's clean and the price is good.
For a low budget accomodation it is alright.
Tours can be organized from the hotel.
Location is quiet good.
Staff was not competent. They did not want to accept my card as form of payment.
Good location, near the city center.
Cheap hostel only to spend 1 night - max. 2 nights . The rooms are not bad at all, there's heat inside, and the location is good (around 5 min. to the sea, 10 min. to the main street and 30minutes walking till Trabzon Otogar).
I like the location of the hotel, its in a prime spot and well connected.
The room was big and spacious, with Ir conditioning.
Not much good to say except the location was ok.
location - internet- if You go there by bus (terminal bus) just cross the road, there is minibus to Moloz 1.5 TL, get off the bus in the last station. Cross the road you can find this hotel !!!.
Breakfast horrible!!!very dirty breakfast, and there is no food at all!!!!.
Nothing... Just nothing.
Nothing, if you keep in mind that this is a budget hotel with a good price/quality balance.
We had to wake the administrator every morning :)) though he was always helpful. Generally people in Trabzon know only Turkish so you find it useful if you learn several phrases in Turkish.
I didn't like the stained sheets (ick!), or the lack of breakfast
options. Also, it is a bit noisy towards the front of the building,
since the area is next to the main coastal highway. Also, it is
extremely difficult to find, even for those of us who speak Turkish, and
there's no good signage at all, of the hotel or the street name.
Maybe some more English-speaking staff?.
Owner does not speak english very well, but he is nice and helpfull.
The story with the owner sleeping in the morning is true: not so easy to get him up, one has to be tenacious.
Breakfast not the best.
Some noise at night.
Really really bad staff.
He seems not to have any consideration. I didnt eat any breakfast because this guy was sleeping as a rock. He does not speak english.
The receptionist sleeps until 12 in the noon and waking him up is a nightmare. Breakfast is served in another tea shop which is a disaster. They serve expired (smells very oily) and dusty cheese with no coffee. Over and above, he is extremely impolite, you need somebody who knows turkish to talk to him. Second day we just had bread and coffee (a turkish man helped us). He understands what is milk coffee and pretends that he doesn't.
The staff was not very helpful, never there when we needed some
information or help.
I reserved a room with a bathroom and refridgerator and did not
recieve either. It was late and I was forced to stay. Upon arrival the
hotel reception person was sleeping on the couch and another man was
there also. I requested letsbookhotel.com look into the matter. A refund
would be nice.
There is no staff, just one person with different roles( receptionist- doorman- house keeping, ...), he has no idea about customer care and he cannot speak English- Too many Stairs- very Dirty and poor Breakfast- All the morning door is locked and you can not go to the beach and to see sunrise!!!!.
Everything.
