The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. It was good to be able to talk to fluent English speakers. The room was quiet and very clean. Being able to use the terrace and internet any time was much appreciated.

We have stayed at Faik Pasha for two nights. This hotel is an excellent option in İstanbul. We chose this hotel due to the Taksim square protests. Great location. Easy to move from there to visit the city and rich of bar pub cafe and nightlife. Nearby Karakoy a dinamic district with many lovely restaurant and the great istanbul modern, a museum you might see.
The hotel is in an historic building but it is fully renovated and the result is a mix of historic perspective and contemporary taste. Everyone is very nice and gentle . Perfect for couple

A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!

Almost all amenities included which made things easy especially with
young kids. A small grocery store and money exchange in the back street. -
The size of the apartment was of a good size of about 36 sq.m with the sofa bed being able to be folded into bed making our stay with the Kids much conveninent. The location of the apartment is excellent within close proximity to the shopping area of Estiqlal in Taksim and also metro/trump stations. The hospitality of the management was handled with excellent care by Mr. Takin and his team.

A true five star experience, the location is some how far from Bursa attractions, but it is easy to reach it by taxi or metro, the rooms are great and spacious, the health club facilities are great.

The staff is extraordinary , very warm and welcoming and very efficient the breakfast is very rich and the view from the room is wonderful. You are in an area where you can hop on a taxi or Dolmus( collective taxi)immediately , you are just 5 minutes away from the boats that take you to the other side of the Bosphorus. From the moment we arrived the time we spent in this hotel was wonderful. The staff were extremely attentive, room was excellent, food was good. Very good hotel. Well it's a bit far from Ataturk Airport, however if you have your business around Atasehir or Asian side in general, I believe it's very well located. Hotel staff are amazing unlike other hotels in Istanbul.....very clean, close to city & airport. it took me 10 minutes to kadikoy and 13 minutes to Airport. room, furniture, technology, internet access all are just perfect. if you have family then it's very good and safe but a bit expensive. very nice outdoor pool and Jacuzzi.
