This was a real luxury stay, for a low cost, in beautiful clean and spacious wooden huts in gorgeous surroundings, lots of greenery and fruit trees everywhere with pomegranates, figs, grapes and olives.   The really great thing about a stay at Karaca Apart Hotel has to be the wonderful owners - Enver and Adile! We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Enver organised various boat trips, took us to a turkish bath and served ice-cold beers whilst Adile made some great food for us. The Apart Hotel place itself is very nice, pool is great and apart - The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly. They cooked us a meal at around midnight and they came to look for us once we got lost in Dalyan. Anything we asked for was no problem, and they organized a nice tour for us on the first day. They were always available and made us feel welcome and like at home. The room was relatively small (attic) but cosy and nicely decorated, with well working air conditioning. If we come back to Dalyan, this is the place we want to be.

  This is the third time we've been to the Villa Naz, we love it. The owners Mustapha and Ebru and their staff are excellent and always try to accommodate any requests, no matter how small and fussy. The pools are spotless but the fact that the beach is only a 3 minute walk away makes it a little redundant at times. We only managed 2 nights this time as travelling through Bitez but will be back next year. - The owners and the rest of the staff were very accomodating. The apartment was clean. The pool area looked lovely but we didnt get to take advantage due to the hotel's proximity to the various beaches in the area. Very convenient location to the seaside and the city center.

  The scale of the hotel with 19 pools and its private beaches is really remarkable. With the hotel's generosity of its full-board food and beverages, the daily activities they have organised, as well as its excellent staff, it has left us with beautiful memories of Oludeniz.
