  The staff at the hotel were first class and we have never had such a welcome for our toddler (!) Mehmet and his team went out of their way to ensure that our little boy (and therefore we) had everything to make a wonderful, relaxing holiday! Air conditioning was included (so often an extra at 3 stars or less) and worked well. The beds - The location was the best. Close to the beach just 5 minutes by walk. Very relaxing place. Hotel was very clean and quiet during the day. Loads of restaurant near by and shops with beautiful stuff to buy at good price. I love the market streets and beach the best. It's a great location for families, couples and anyone who wants to relax and have fun. The beach is so clean and blue, so beautiful.

As a woman travelling alone, I felt at ease and secure in this hotel. Easy to reach all the wonderful locations that Dalyan has to offer.

  The general manager was extremely helpful and gone out of his way to organize tours for us. His English is excellent. The rest of the staff were also very helpful. The metro station was a stone throw away which was very convenient and the bus station too. There are many eating places around the hotel. Their breakfast was very good. the saving can ... ce que les gens disent » be huge by taking the Metro train to and from the airport. We took a bus tour to alum skald and it was very convenient. Bus even had WIFI, TV and meal - İbis İzmir has a great location just in front of grand station. I went to İzmir for a concert and I stayed there just one night. Concert hall was in walking distance. İzmir İnternational Airport is easy to reach from hotel ıt takes just half an hour by train. Staff was really friendly and helpfull. Children were free of charge.
