Ayub is super helpful and really friendly. I couldn't find the hotel at first and he came out on the street looking for me. the host was amazingly kind, He was all the time helping us and suggesting us places to go and the best way to go there. Actually when we arrived he even gave us a nice introduction about the city that was very helpful. Its located just next to Taksim Square so you are good located for the tours and for the night life in Istanbul! -

The owner of the hotel drove me to the airport thru police roadblacks so helpful.

They accepted our requests (we had crazy arrival and departure times) and informed us about the things to see in the city and how the transportation system worked. It's withing walking distance to Taksim square from where you can take taxis, buses, tram, metro and the shuttle to and from the airports. Restaurants, markets and shops nearby. I have stayed in Invictum Residence with 2 other friends and I can highly recommend it to everyone wishing to go on a trip to Istanbul. It's only 1 minute walk to lively Istiklal Street, all shops and Restaurants. The staff is excellent and they are always there for your needs. The rooms are so spacious. I am going back to Istanbul in 3 days again and definitely will be staying here.

From check in to check out there haven't been any reason to complain.

All I can say is that thanks to the great people working at T-Loft Residence, I had a most enjoyable city break in Istanbul. As a matter of fact, I have no words to express my gratitude and appreciation of their kind attitude and friendly customer approach.

the apartment was beautifully and modernly furnised. the kitchen was equipped and in perfect condition. the front office manager mr.Servet was especially friendly and helpful. i would recommend it to anyone staying in Taksim, Istanbul.
