  I've really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, one of the best and still new (just opened in mid Dec) ...The staff are very friendly despite the fact I had one small problem with one of the team but he apologized immediately as well as the Manager . Staff is very firendly, you can ask to for personal everytime. They can try to helping for everything to in İstanbul - The position was very good.
