They upgraded me to a suite without me even inquiring. They had cleaning staff come daily to tidy my apartment. We booked a rather large room so we enjoyed the spacy room.   We have stayed at Faik Pasha for two nights. This hotel is an excellent option in İstanbul. We chose this hotel due to the Taksim square protests. It is very close to İstiklal Street but it is located in very secure region of Taksim. The room was very well appointed, real boutique hotel style.
