We booked a rather large room so we enjoyed the spacy room.   We have stayed at Faik Pasha for two nights. This hotel is an excellent option in İstanbul. We chose this hotel due to the Taksim square protests. It is very close to İstiklal Street but it is located in very secure region of Taksim. The room was very well appointed, real boutique hotel style. Overall size was huge by european standards (i suppose over 60 m2) and all went really perfect. Location is very upscale residential and shopping neigborhood but very close to osmanbei metro stop which is only 1 stop from taksim square. Cleanliness of un - Very very nice location really. Safe and quiet but walking distance to anything one may need. Aircon functionning beautifully so is the wifi. Staff very friendly and helpful. Flats are huge as compared to a hotel room and have dishwasher, washer, dryer, oven, micro even a hydro-tub in bathroom! A mercedes van picked us up and delivered to property. From start to finish, all was haned extremely professionally. Do recommend it to all!
