We really enjoyed one of the larger rooms (2) with its private hammam. What a lovely location and delightful hosts! We took advantage of the tour led by the owner's father, Hasan. We had a great time seeing Capadoccia through his eyes! The breakfasts were wonderful and Osman, the owner thought of everything. This is like a combination of a luxury hotel and a homestay! Safran Cave Hotel is family-owned and operated. The owners were warm,
very hospitable, and welcoming to our children. The owner's son Avni
is fluent in English and very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean,
beautifully decorated, have flat screen TVs with access to hundreds of
channels, a fridge with minbar, and a designer bathroom. The breakfast

we recently did a sisters reunion holiday and narrowed the destination down to cappadocia and Istanbul. And our stay at Maron Stone House was one of the highlights of our Holiday. 4 of us shared a room that was comfortable and spacious. The manager Adam was one of the nicest people we met - he organised our entire trip and even took us shopping to spots and helped us get bargains. Located near the main area meant that I could safely go out at night as a solo traveller. It is the flatter part of town so you don't walk up hills each time you leave your hotel. The spa was great and the room was spacious. -

The place is well-built to give authentically local experience of life in the spectacular Cappadocia region. Friendly staff, comfortable open-air sitting spaces, magnificent views of the surroundings (esp. after climbing to the roof top) and plenty of information about the area as well as some insider local knowledge from a highly enthusiastic travelling assistant gave me a great welcome impression of the place.
