It was perfect, Our hosts couldn't do enough for us and made sure we were comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing and Nermin's home cooking was wonderful. the rooms were spacious with a settee, fridge and tea making facilities and we had a balcony that looked right over the harbour. We're quite fussy people when it comes to holidays, but we loved this place, everything was fantastic. 10 minute stroll into Kalkan centre, and only a small hill on the way back. Alp and his wife Damla,brother Altay and friend Sahin were perfect hosts during our stay.
Our room was newly decorated and spacious with aircon included.
We used the pool everday which was always very clean as was the bar area which is very reasonably priced.
We stayed for one of there bbq nights which was lovely and wish we could have stayed for the bbq on our departing day that Sahin had prepared and looked wonderfull.

The location of the hotel is amazing. its right next to the harbor and a three minute walk from the beach. The room that they gave us on the second day had an amazing view. Decent breakfast menu. The staff was very cordial and helped us in getting around the town. They also changed our room on request. -

I stayed here at Patara Prince for 3 nights in late NOV 2013, well past the end of the tourist season....so had the entire hotel almost all to myself!

We loved it all. It is the most beautiful hotel with flowering shrubs and lovely planting. Two pools so adults have peace and quiet. Views from rooms and restaurants are superb. Staff most helpful and polite. Rooms beautifully appointed. Mine had a jacuzzi and a balcony . Good value for money too. Breakfast was wonderful.

Firstly we had a huge 3 bedroom villa with spectacular views over the bay. Secondly the location was perfect being right on the edge of the sea with a short boat or taxi ride into Kalkan town. Thirdly it was wonderful to be able to dive straight into the sea and swim to the raft and to then admire the view of the complex and the surrounding bay. Finally the grounds themselves were very pretty with lots of nooks and crannies and a lovely pool at the top with an even better view. We are thinkin -

Everything was great. The location was easy to find, only a few minutes walk to the town centre and the views from the terrace restaurant were beautiful. The food at the restaurant was good too. The staff were efficient and professional. The room was clean and it was great to have a balcony. We would definicely stay there again. -
