The owner was really good. He provided us with a lot of information and gave us discount at his restaurant, close to the house. He even invite us to took a breakfast at his other hotel for free!
We're so lucky, we didn't expect much when we we're arrived at the hotel that we would got everything for free. One of my friend stayed for another day and we booked the economic single room before, but he asked her just to stay in our room, so she didn't need to move.

Excellent location. Very close to metro statation,bus station,and Cevahir mall. The neighborhood is more quiet than Taxim. The suites are spacious and very comfortable. the hotel is 1 minute away from a metro station that can take you to taksim or other major Istanbul destinations so your close without the buzz and nuisance .

Location is just perfect - 5 min walk to the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia.
Nice breakfast at the terrace - though the terrace is in another hotel (5 min walk) which was weird.
Rooms are okay - middle level but clean.
Very helpful staff though speaking hardly any language apart from Turkish)) (in our building)

Don't know from where i should start. Everything and I mean everthing was more than excellent. I booked 7 nights and extend my stay 4 nights more, check in in less than a minute, staff very helpful with big smile and all of them speak english, they will do their maximum to help u and some times help to get taxi, their efferot is really apprciated.

We (my wife and I along with our 19 years old daughter and 3 chldren, 11, 9 and 4) stayed from 18 to 23 Aug. 2013 at this wonderful hotel. All of us enjoyed the stay. The location was perfect. Close to Galata Tower and Istiklal street. The decoration and ameneties in the room were excellent. The hotel is really wonderful! At first I want to say about furniture and style of the room.Everything is white and golden, sometimes it feels like you are somewhere in the palace.

I found the room very spacious and once the regular maid returned, it was stocked and immaculate (she'd just had a baby). I only stayed two nights.

It's just 5 min walking to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Tram stop and 15 min walking to Gran Bazar.
