  Professionalism of staff at the reception. Kindness,amability. Especialy Mr Serdar and Cemre and another receptionist i unfortunately don't know the name. Special thanks for their help. Rooms very clean and controlled by the chief of housekeeping. Room service for breakfast in room was perfect and with a smile early in the morning.   Very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very good value of money because rooms are very luxury. Open buffet breakfast with very rich and local food selections. - One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Everything was perfect. A truly five star hotel. Everyhing was bran new. Very friendly people.
