They upgraded me to a suite without me even inquiring. They had cleaning staff come daily to tidy my apartment. We booked a rather large room so we enjoyed the spacy room. It was very nice I was at 4th floor I couldn't feel like I was at very busy istiklal street I feel like I am middle of nowhere it was so quite and very comfortable bed for sleep... Very friendly staff, especially Mr. Serkan, who helped us a lot with all kinds of things from transfer from the airport to finding the way to the nearest exhange office. Stylish rooms. Good price. Definitely gonna recommend this place to people i know!
