  Room is clean & spacious. The staff clean the room everyday. The hotel provide the beach towel also. Quiet during night for a good sleep.Just 5 minutes walk to Patong Beach. About 10-15 minutes walk to Bangla Road. Overall good stay.   Had a lovely stay at the guest house, the rooms were huge and amazing value for money, cleaned every single day with fresh towels and water. A big shopping center and the beach and night life are only a walk away but still enough distance so its quite. The manager Andrea was the most helpful insuring we had transport from the airport and advising ... ce que les gens disent » us on where to go. The food down stairs was lovely 2 cheap and very tasty italian. Honestly lovely place stayed 2 extra nights. - Very friendly welcome from Andrea the boss. Showed me around and give me some tips for good food and best bars. Rooms are very big for the small money. The italian restaurant downstairs is a jewel. For 99bht you get best italian pasta and steaks. its full every evening mostly from italian residence. Excellent have not eat that good italian food since i was last time in Italy....

  What can I say... this place is simply amazing. Jens and his wife Bow really did a great job with their guesthouse. The apartments are spacious, always clean and a real eyecatcher. Moreover the outside pool is just a few steps away and you can almost consider it as a private pool because it has never been busy with other guests. Take a dip in the ... ce que les gens disent » pool at midnight?! No problem! Beside from the cool apartments one of the best thing about this place is its staff. Bow is a really friendly and care - I loved this Guesthouse. The rooms were beautiful (I stayed in a standard room one night and in the bungalow other few nights), with huge bathtubs, comfortable beds and a nice swimming pool just outside of the rooms. The Guesthouse's owners just couldn't be nicer; they gave me a lift from/to the airport and helped me in reaching the beach as well, and in general - they were very nice and helpful during my stay. The Guesthouse has a family-like atmosphere, which made my stay there very cozy. W
