  This is a great hotel in a great location. Located in Kata Beach with great staff, a good swimming pool and a good restaurant. I would definitely go back. - I loved the layout of the hotel and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone that is thinking of using it

  The staffs are super friendly and helpful. My husband lost his Eftpos card so we need to log in to internet banking to transfer all money to mine card. The online transfer needs a special java programm which won't be available on ipads so we went downstairs to use the receptionist's personal laptop - and that was 2am in the morning - this lovely g... ce que les gens disent » uy also helped us carry the luggage from our room when we left - super friendly and very polite!! The room decoration is awesome, clean, modern, air c - was quite and clean, beds were softer than most we have stayed in before such as sugar palm resort. Close to the safer part of kata beach for swimming/surfing. New restaurants have opened up around the hotel with great food, a bit higher priced but you get what you pay for, this end of kata is really starting to take of. Friendly staff with a few who understand english very well, would stay here again.

  Magnificent atmosphere and 5 star service. We stayed in the resort 6 days in jan of 2011. All nice words about Eric and his approach to hotel service wich I red in the web before trip were true. It is far from the beach but it doesn`t metter a lot because he offer a transfer service to beach and back for free.

  The staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They helped with luggage, directions, trip plans and accommodation arrangements. We were very impressed.   We loved our stay at Baan Mandala Villa 7. Only a short walk to Bang Tao beach along a small road with more or less no traffic. The area is very quiet but close to everything you need. Great restaurants on the beach are within a 5 min walk. We would recommend to hire a car. Surin beach is only 5 min away going south and the Laguna resorts with many... ce que les gens disent » restaurants, 5 star resorts and shopping is right next door. The villa has everything you need, spacious with high ceilings and a very large swimm - Really close to the beach - the "Great room" was spectacular! The beds were the softest I have slept on in a long while. iPod docking station came in handy as there was no other form of music, other than the television. There were even movies available for free for the dvd. I loved the privacy. Calling out for dinner is simple and food is fantastic.
