For Phi Phi this is a nice place without spending $200 USD a night. Its a pretty view of Phi Phi Don and was kinda nice hiking out each evening and morning. Also they take you over after being greeted at the pier in a little boat which saves the wheelbarrow taxi (yes there are no cars or scooters.. Enjoy!) and return you to the pier free of charge. Overall its modern for Phi Phi and my gf and I really liked it. ***Not for anyone with kids or elderly/ disabled.

I felt that Ms. Lee was very nice and helpful...not at all the irate person she has been portrayed to be. The guest house was clean and in a good location..not too far from the pier and mostly away from the loud bars. On Phi Phi, since you are not doing much in your room besides sleeping, what is there to complain about? -

The resort itself is very nice, the cottage / appartment is clean (they clean it every day if you request it), we chose the air conditioned one, which we fully reccoment, because of the tropical weather. The fan is not enough. At the beggining of your stay the staff seemed to be unfriendly, but later on, they became to be nice and helpful. But cou

Even breakfast is not included on price, they offer very good choices.
The owner is very friendly. When you arrive he tells you all you can do on the island and gives you info. Same at all the people woriking there. Very friendly.
