We stayed at the hotel for one night before moving on to a resort further north at Khao Lak. The hotel is ideally situated a short distance from the airport at Phuket. Even though it is within walking distance, the hotel offers a free airport pickup service. A simple phone call to them and 5 minutes later, they are there to pick you up.

Great reliable service (transfer to airport hours after checking out, shower hous after checking out, gresat tips about food, beach, trips, etc.); they do everything for you.
Great location (5 minutes from the airport and no noise, 5 minutes walk to national park, 15 minutes lovely walk to very nice beach).
Great price/quality: good wifi, clean, very good matrasses (not to hard!!!).

Ordered dessert wrongly but staff at Black Ginger instantly changed without issues, and we were not charged for our first round of incorrect orders...way to go to ensure we will be back. perfect for airport. didn't have time to go to the beach which was hoping to do. but transfer from ferry took longer than planned for! didn't seem to be too much around to eat. great with free transfer to airport. comfortable and clean bathroom facilities. I'd recommend staying here if you had a flight as staying in phuket would be a lot further away to get to the airport from, it took us ages to get from the main port across.

Everything in this hotel is very pleasant. We lived in the suite which has pool access. We had the best day in the vacation, to take the cooking class in Terrace restaurant. Thai chef Ms. Wenne is very professional at both cooking and teaching, while the main chef is also a nice person. They will be the reason for us to come back again.

The rooms are fantastic for the price. Very clean, very modern, all amenities and comforts. The front room has beach glimpses which I loved. You walk out the door and you are on the sand - it couldn't be any better a location. You can hear the waves at night. Great wifi. Lovely staff - despite the Thai/English language barrier they are kind and helpful. Naiyang is a great place to stay for relaxation and to experience a slice of raw Phuket. We spent 4 days and 3 nights at the Dewa Phuket and enjoyed every minute of it.
The rooms all had a kitchette which was great if your staying with a fammily or prefer to cook yourself.
Everything that you would need was provided and you felt like you were staying at home.
The Gym's were great, the pool was clean, the staff was very friendly and the beach just a couple of minutres walk accross from the hotel.
The small town was about 5 mins walk from the hotel, but was an easy and safe walk.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Went out of their way to
help with our every need. The rooms were very well kept and cleaned to
perfection daily by the amazing cleaning staff. The foyer staff were
helpful even though not very well with English but help to the best of

The polo área is beautiful. It's really close to the airport. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We payed for a room with a view to the pool but when we got there they didn't have our room. There was some kind of problem. So they gave us a room with the private mini pool instead and a free dinner. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

very closed to Airport Phuket, only 2 km (200 THB) min. ticket or taxi -
The resort's location is very close to the beach (2 min by walk)
& airport (10 min by taxi, the resort offers 200thb for transfer
servicee). The lobby is big and nice with wood chairs & tables, The
room is clean. Breafast is delicious and more choice. The resort driver
is very nice and waited us in airport for one and half hours since our
flight was posphoned.
