Really friendly staff who, despite speaking a limited amount of English, went out of their way to help (they called our next hotel for us to confirm the booking etc).

Whilst the rooms could perhaps do with a facelift, they are perfectly adequate and you are right on a lovely stretch of quiet beach.

We were conveniently picked up from the airport and found the resort to be very pleasant place to stay. There were plenty of tropical plants which made our stay like being in a rain-forrest while the beach was just 20 meters away. The breakfast was excellent and the room was nice and clean. We wish to definitely be back here again. -

The rooms, which were basically villas were lovely. The bathrooms were
partially outside (basically the wall was lowered so you could see the
palm trees etc when showering)! Safety deposit boxes were included and
fresh water everyday! It was a 2 min walk to the beach.

The cool (temperature wise) swimming pools shaded between the rooms. -

Just in front of the beach, almost a private beach with the few hotel guests. The surrounding area is very cool with two local restaurants with great food for a great price. Not near to the overcrowded beachs.

The setting for the hotel was very peaceful and the gardens and pool were very pretty. It's in a quiet location near a temple on the beach with a few small shops, so you can get essentials. It was close enough to the main road to get around the island. We chose it for its surroundings and we weren't disappointed. The accommodation was adequate. -

The staff at Harry's were fantastic, both in the restaurant and the hotel. The facitilities in the complex are excellent with a decent pool and some comfy hammocks to lounge in. Whilst not on the beach, this is only a short walk away, as are several very good restaurants. The restaurant at Harry's itself is also very tasty.

Very nice and clean place, managed and owned by a French man. He was
always there to listen to our questions, always helpful. Other employees
like service and housekeeping also very friendly, thai hospitality. The
boss upgraded us to a seaside bungallow because we were on honeymoon.

Efficient booking and service, no problems arranging details of our stay and transfers. Located directly on a clean, beautiful beach with lots of space and enough sunbeds and towels. Breakfast is not included in the daily rate, but in fact we enjoyed the higher-quality fresh food that you get for breakfast there (priced 100 - 250 BHT). Hacienda Beach has a small library of leftover books and even better - a library of DVDs which came in handy on rainy days.

Very cute, clean cabins and villas located on the beach. Quite area away from the busy areas so great for kids/relaxing. Nice gardens and great pool area overlooking the beach. We stayed at Cocopalm for the proximity to the pier for ferry to Koh Tao (right next door - wheel your luggage straight out the back of resort onto pier). What a beautiful, relaxing, peaceful resort. Excellent breakfast and staff. The bungalows are older, but clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

We loved it! Booked three nights in advance, but stayed an additional
night, as we really enjoyed it there:-). Remember to book the bungalows
directly on the Beach, they are the only ones worth staying in, but
really god value for money, the nice & warm sea are only 15 steps

The resort was so relaxing, staff were on hand and really polite. Room was kept clean and made up every morning. Excellent food and overall amazingly relaxing and beautiful place to stay - will be coming back to Mae Nam!!
