We had a studio, and it was really nice. More like a small apartment than a hotel room. Nice design, and big comfy bed, nice living room area and a kitchenette. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free tuk-tuk service to Nana BTS was a nice touch as it was a bit of a walk away. -

for me, tv, ac,lights etc even the welcoming greeting on the tv was a
nice touch I thought. The bed was probably the comfiest I ever slept on
and the amenities in the room were amazing!! 100%

It's second time we stayed here, and next time i will be in Bangkok, it will be my hotel.
So, near BTS and MRT station, big rooms, it has kitchen, laundry machine, big bathroom, everything is clean, quiet place, excellent service, friendly "good speaking english" staff, pool on the roof with clean water, gym, sauna. -

La situation de l'hôtel à proximité d'une station de skytrain faciliteles déplacements dans bangkok. Les aménagements, la disponibilité,l'attention des personnels, le confort et les services correspondentbien à ce standard d'hôtel. - The room was wonderful. Everything was new and in perfect condition. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly.

Last year we stayed in the Aetas Residence next to the hotel. Which is a serviced appartment and we liked the location and the service.
This year i decided to stay at the hotel instead. Luckily the room we had reserved was fully booked so we got upgraded free of charge to an executive suite on the 21th floor.

We did honeymoon in phuket and returning home we stayed only one night in Aetas. They upgraded our room and send a cake to our room.Next day our flight was late and after a city sighseeing returned to hotel to pick up our luggages they suggested we can have a shower if we want in the Gym facilities. This was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.
