My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too.
Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station.
Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

Excellent rooms, spotlessly clean.
Friendly and professional staff with a good level of English for those who require it.
Free use of gym and swimming pool is a nice plus and the breakfasts are fantastic.
One slight criticism is that in the information book in the rooms it says they offer a courier service and to contact their business department.

The Service was Splendid and the room was luxurious big and clean and well-maintained for Bangkok Standards. It is just 1 stop away from Siam BTS station, Ratchethewi BTS station is just next to the hotel, 1 min walk away. I stayed in a Grand Deluxe Suite that was 70+ Sqm big. It was our second stay. It is a well managed 5 star facility with ample space both in the room as well as in the public areas. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The facilities were excellent and the rooms were well equipped. The breakfast was amazing. Best location to stay in Bangkok. Connected directly to Paragon Shopping Mall ~ the biggest and best in the city. Also direct access to the Skytrain. A highly recommended hotel!

We stayed three nights at Praya
Palazzo and were very happy with our choice. It was very relaxing and peaceful. The staff were very helpful, friendly and obliging. Our deluxe room was first class comfort. The hotel faced the river and we enjoyed sitting at the pool or having breakfast watching life on the river pass by. When we go back to Bangkok we will definitely stay there again.

Flawless stay from start to finish.
Arrival service from the concierge and reception to the stunning view from our room and the outstanding outside pool. I literally couldn't fault it and would recommend the Pathumwan Princess Hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a luxury hotel without the price-tag! It's also attached to the awesome shopping mall MBK!
The only thing I would say was missing is luxurious bathroom products i.e. shampoo conditioner etc. could be better quality, but taking all thing

Everything.. Hotel is spic and spam, staff are so friendly with such lovely smiles on their faces all the time. I glad I picked the right one from so many options in Bangkok. I have never seem any city worh sp mich traffoc prpblem, so best way to travel is by train and this hotel is Walking distance from train station. 1 stop to Siam and one stop to MBK! Convenient for shopping. And ofcourse for business trip, it's right in business district. Will go back again, for sure!
