Amazing attention to detail and value for money! Hotel looks exactly like the photos and everything from the amenities to the food and service were impeccable. Love the teddies. Food/drinks in the minibar was filled up for free everyday. Kata was a great choice - along a lovely beach and away from the hustle and bustle in Patong. Hotel is situated on a hill but you can rent a motorbike for 350b/day to get around easily (you can rent it on the cheap outside but then you'd have to walk up the hil

Easily the best resor -
We loved it! Hotel is really quiet, and well located. Close to beach: 5 to 10 minutes walking from one of the nicest beaches of the island, and eating facilities nearby. There are some shops, but not too many.
Rooms are spacious, luminous, very clean and silent. Nice pool, and massage, tours, transfer and room service. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and offer lots of options.

away in a quiet part of town. Many bars and restaurants to choose from. -
Outstanding value!!! Has everything I need --- A/C, free wi-fi, refrigerator, very comfortable bed, close enough to the beach and nice restaurants (about 5-15 minute walk), but in a quiet area away from the craziness of the main streets. The staff is not professional - this is a small family owned place --- but they try hard and will do what they can to take care of you. Have stayed there on multiple occasions and look forward to going back.

very friendly, helpful, nice and handsome owner:) the hotel is located not on the seaside but in 10 minutes walking to both kata and karon beach. The hotel has beautiful garden and awesome swimming pool, 100% as on the pictures. During low season room rates are really attratctive. There are a lot of small cafe and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Kwang seafood and Tex-mex are strongly recommended.

The rooms were fantastic, we had a grand deluxe, the staff amazing so attentive and always happy and smiling. As far as location goes I would never stay in patong or karon , although we did tuktuk most days to patong I still love kata beach . This is my second stay with Avista Kata Beach. The last time was with my wife for honeymoon. In general, I am very satisfied with the stay for both times. The facility is quite new and clean with a stylish design. I stayed with a deluxe room on the 4th floor with the pool view, but I can also enjoy a good sea view from the balcony. The location of the hotel is on the way up to the hill, but it's very convenient for a 5 mins walk to the beach and the restaurants. I would definitely go there agai

The friendly staff made every effort to assist you all the time. The service was brillant, the rooms lovely, breakfast was lovely as each breakfast is cooked for the guest & there was plenty of variety for everyone to be happy. The pools were lovely. It was very clean. They don't make the room or give you fresh towels the next day - maybe you have to ask. But temperature was great, warm/cold water whenever you need it, comfortable bed with warm wool in the closet to put over sheet if needed. No one bothers you. Ample powerpoints and 3 wifi points which were excellent. Absolute value for money.

When we first arrived we met the very friendly staff of this just four months newly opened guesthouse. Very comfortable, modern and spacious room.
Small balcony were you can sit quite fine and it is provided with a rask to dry your stuff.
Free WiFi and Flatscreen television with English, Dutch, French, Russian, Thai channels etc.
Room cleaned every day. Fresh towels every day.

All, was perfect the hotel personnel is very much looking after the clients without excess, they are all smiling and helpful. Rooms are large very clean.
