This is quite basic accommodation, but for a very good price! The location is very central, literally a minute's walk to the main road in Kanchanaburi where you will find countless choices for bars, restaurants and tour guides. This is a beautiful and peaceful place for budget travellers. Our clean and spacious Thai-style bungalow completely met our expectations.
Large variety of food and always prompt service. Stuff was friendly enough in their own way. Restaurant recommendations, immediate taxi service and tour desk, offering several different trips. But if you intend to see/feed/swim with some elephants, we suggest to contact elephant's world instead for an unforgettable day.

Very friendly and helpful staff, with good English skills. They also have a coffeshop with relaxing chairs and sofas and friendly environment. The owner helped us with directions and tuk tuks. The room was clean. -

Right from the moment we arrived we were treated fabulously and given loads of useful info to get us on our way. We even got dropped off at the bus station on our departure which really was useful. Rooms are perfect and the breakfast was gorgeous too. We were given free use of bicycles so we were quickly out visiting the sights nearby. -

Excellent location - really close to the train station, at the end of the backpacker strip so lots of options available nearby but it's not right in the middle of it. The bridge is just about walkable, and it's not far from the main road which sees regular shared songthauws.

My second time at Thai Guesthouse. There is something really great about this place. Pick up from bus station for free (and return). Room spacious, TV and wifi working properly. Owner very relaxed but efficient and helpful at the same time. Loved it there!!!!

The hotel room was very clean small but very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they organised fishing rods for us, went to the market and bought the bait so we could fish from our balcony. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to the pubs, restaurants, mini mart and the night markets. Nut restaurant and ibaa bar
