  Location: close to the busy beaches but in a quiet place. THe cliffs behind the hotel were amazing.. Staff was very nice. In addition, we had to go to doctor with urgency, and one of the Managers organized it immediately, that was excellent. Kid's club was excellent for our 5 years old daughter: a lot of activities, friendly staff, she loved it! Pay the extra money for the spa room, it's worth every single penny. Friendly monkeys on the beach next to the hotel and the most attentive staff.. We only booked 1 night here but wished we could have stayed for more!

  The staff was excellent especially the reservation dept Phennapa.. Nice lady from start to finish.. The staff was always smiling.. There was once when we went swimming automtically they bring the towels for us to dry. Kudos to them. Highly recommend this hotel. - Staff was excellent, very friendly. It was nice and quiet location but close to the main street and full of trees and flowers.
