It was not too crowded so plenty of space by the pool. Beach was lovely.
On site shop, splash world (children loved it). Landscaping was
relaxing. Safe envirnment, very little traffic. Restaurant choice was
good with local restaurants near by if you wanted a change of scenery.
Very helpful staff. Good sightseeing tour operator -

We stayed at the hotel for one night before moving on to a resort further north at Khao Lak. The hotel is ideally situated a short distance from the airport at Phuket. Even though it is within walking distance, the hotel offers a free airport pickup service. A simple phone call to them and 5 minutes later, they are there to pick you up.

Great reliable service (transfer to airport hours after checking out, shower hous after checking out, gresat tips about food, beach, trips, etc.); they do everything for you.
Great location (5 minutes from the airport and no noise, 5 minutes walk to national park, 15 minutes lovely walk to very nice beach).
Great price/quality: good wifi, clean, very good matrasses (not to hard!!!).

What can I say... this place is simply amazing. Jens and his wife Bow really did a great job with their guesthouse. The apartments are spacious, always clean and a real eyecatcher. Moreover the outside pool is just a few steps away and you can almost consider it as a private pool because it has never been busy with other guests. Take a dip in the

Beside from the cool apartments one of the best thing about this place is its staff. Bow is a really friendly and care -
I loved this Guesthouse. The rooms were beautiful (I stayed in a standard room one night and in the bungalow other few nights), with huge bathtubs, comfortable beds and a nice swimming pool just outside of the rooms.
The Guesthouse's owners just couldn't be nicer; they gave me a lift from/to the airport and helped me in reaching the beach as well, and in general - they were very nice and helpful during my stay.
The Guesthouse has a family-like atmosphere, which made my stay there very cozy.

very closed to Airport Phuket, only 2 km (200 THB) min. ticket or taxi -
The resort's location is very close to the beach (2 min by walk)
& airport (10 min by taxi, the resort offers 200thb for transfer
servicee). The lobby is big and nice with wood chairs & tables, The
room is clean. Breafast is delicious and more choice. The resort driver
is very nice and waited us in airport for one and half hours since our
flight was posphoned.

The hotel is very quiet if you do like to relax and unwind from busy work life. The food is great, different varieties for different nationalities. The staffs are very accomodating and friendly.

What a beautiful resort! The pool is great, book a pool access room and you will be able to jump in the pool from your room. Everything in this hotel is very pleasant. We lived in the suite which has pool access. We had the best day in the vacation, to take the cooking class in Terrace restaurant. Thai chef Ms. Wenne is very professional at both cooking and teaching, while the main chef is also a nice person. They will be the reason for us to come back again.

I liked everything in the hotel.. when I first came they let wait for sometimes to find a room, but when I talked to the manager, he apologied and offered me a basket of fruits. it was very kind from them. really loved the place and the staff and everything -

Staff were really attentive, friendly & helpful. The hotel is on the side of a mountain which allows for great views but the property is quite steep, you may want to keep this in mind if youre unfit, elderly or have children. They do have little free hotel tuk tuks to get you around the property or drop you down at Nai Thon beach. We stayed

the happy hour, the infinite swimming pools, the amazing breakfast, the
sofa outside the room on the balcony, the restaurants...excellent
service with excelent staff. Congratulations Pullman Arkadia. We stayed
on Phi Phi Islands, Krabi, Bangkok and we definitely vote on Pullman
Arcadia as the best hotel for this travel.
