  Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our balcony had a view of the Matterhorn, as did the restaurant terrace. Good breakfast. On last day we were able to store luggage while we hiked, then use entry-hall bathrooms to clean up before getting on train. - Breakfast was very good, a wide arrangement of items to eat.   Good location (5 mins walk), after exit Zermatt train station we can see Germat... station, just asked where is MacDonald or walk award to the right. There is a lane after M, turn to this lane and walk a little bit to the corner then we can see this hotel.  I liked the building and design of the room are so beautiful with friendly receptionis... ce que les gens disent » t and nice hot breakfast. Zermatt is a beautiful town with the traditional Swiss wooden houses style and around with mountains.  Love coming back - The hotel is located very close to the train station and it is possible to walk to the hotel, even with luggage. The rooms are spacious enough and nicely decorated with a huge balcony and flat screen tv. Coffee and tea making facilities are included. The private bathrooms have both bath and shower. Breakfast is standard and sufficient and the hotel staff is friendly and professional. The hotel deserves more that its three stars

  Le calme, la gentillesse du personnel, l'emplacement géographique - Le séjour a été très bref, donc difficile de juger...mais l'accueil y a été très souriant et agréable
