It was an amazing experience!! The service was spectacular!! Very
welcoming, yet still very discreet! The hotel is very well decorate,
plus have technologies also. They have everything you migth need and

Cervo is a perfect example of modern uncomplicated class. It is a
mixture of elegance, design and simplicity that reflects in every

I highly recommend this place. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, the view from the hotel is splendid. The rooms are very nice. Nice view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast is also really, really nice. The location might seem a bit far from the station, but they'll pick you up at the station, and there's an elevator from the hotel down to the city. Dinner is also good.

A small and cosy hotel that surely lives up to the standards of its five
stars! I spent some amazing days here, with most attentive staff and an
excellent room with beautiful views! The food was delicious, and during
lunch time it was possible to enjoy your meal outside on the terrace,
enjoying the lovely weather and the breathtaking panoramic mou

view. I would most definitely recommend this hotel, and if I have the
chance to come back to Crans, this is where I will spend my stay, no
doubt -
The hotel staff was extremely polite and pleasant from the moment we
arrived. Our family suite was lovely in every way and, after a long trip
through Switzerland, the peace and quiet was wonderful. I am extremely
picky so take my word: this is worth it for a true "Swiss"
experience down to the waiters setting up our breakfasts on our balcony.

Just perfect ! - Everything!!!!!the place is beautiful. The stuff are the most nice and kind that we ever met.(and we travel a lot).the atmosphire is wonderfull,the facilities are very good,they pampered us all the time.the resturant is superb.and we will come back! -

Все хорошее, что я прочел в отзывах, полностью подтвердилось: и чудное месторасположение, и прекрасный, необычный модерновый дизайн, и предупредительный персонал, уборка номеров два раза в день - просто идеальная чистота и т.д.

The welcoming was absolutely grateful!
They took a very good care of my arrival, although I arrived to Zermatt very late in the evening. They were kind enough to provide me with full information on train schedule and timing from Visp to Zermatt (that was very helpful indeed).
The hotel itself is designed in a modern and very comfortable style.
Staff were so professional and showed support all time.
Can’t find better location, inner city but so quiet and comfortable, close to the train stati

The Hotel represents a well preserved historical marvel of Zermatt. We
really enjoyed out stay there, including the setup of the room the spa
facilities and a delicious breakfast. We would like to specially mention
