I was lucky, upgraded to the suite. Very comfortable beds, well appointed bathroom and a view of the Matterhorn. The hotel was comfortable and beautifully decorated like a game lodge. The meals were great. Free pick up from the train station, and return. -

A very warm welcome by staff!!
All the staff were very friendly and they spoke English (enough to understand essential things). Some of them also spoke a bit of Italian.
The room was very very clean and large enough to stay comfortably, with 2 closets. The bathroom was also very clean. The storage space to keep cosmetics on the wall was really use

Ther staff were very helpful, extra bed -no problems immediate, a vegetarian meal - right away no questions. changed faulty kettle immediately. Good food and everything with a smile. Even gave me ice for the cooler -- hard even to find ice in Switzerland.

Very open and welcoming management and staff, impeccable modern large room, opportunity to be picked up at the station; no surcharge to the room price eg. kurtax (Did not use sports facilities). Busstop around the corner, bus every 15 min. in the morning. Youthful sport center atmosphere. Easy road access and parking. Will be back. -

for three kids in one "double" room. The staff was very
friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good and everyone
including our picky eater was happy with the choices. It's on a
quieter side street but still close to lifts, apreski, restaurants
and shopping.

We loved everything! Beautiful room with a balcony, even a rack to dry the swim suits as we spent much time in the thermal pools just up the road. Beautiful buffet breakfast, delightful dinner, our best meal away. Again greeted by owners.

We stayed at the hotel in order to visit Zermatt. This is the last place where you can get your car. Parking is free, which is an important issue in the calculation of vacation. Stayed for 2 nights and used as a base to explore Zermatt and the matterhorn glacier trail, glacier paradise and gornergrat. It is a short walk between hotel and the regular zermatt shuttle train. Staff were friendly and attentive. Great atmosphere in the bar/restaurant. Very good breakfast. Nice room. Good facilities. Really enjoyed out short stay here. Even let us keep our car on the premises for the full day of check out at no cost.

The rooms are wonderfully furnished with a very simple and fresh style. everything is new and extremely clean and fresh. It has a swiss feel with a very modern twist. The bar at the lobby is very causy and friendly and lovely place to relax for a drink between outings or at night after a long day. The breakfast has good choices and very fresh.

inviting, a lot of wood is used. The hotel is small, but very cosy. Very

Excellent, friendly hotel, conveniently situated within 3-400 metres of main ski lifts. Dinners of very good standard and would recommend the half board option. -
