  Le cadre, le calme, le restaurant, les infrastructures (spa...) - The staff was extremely helpful, informed and able to respond in several languages. The food was absolutely great and the bed comfortable. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that were not as enjoyable as the Hotel Schloss Ragaz. - Kindness and efficiency of staff and management.

  Really nice room with a balcony for sitting out on too. Good location in town and with reserved parking too.

  I have stayed at the Kronenhof on several occasions with my 8 year old daughter. The hotel is well located within a 5 minute walk to the train station, the staff are very friendly and helpful and there is an excellent selection of what to eat and the the choice between two styles of restaurant. It is always nice to be recognized as a returning gue... ce que les gens disent » st and that's the case at the Kronenhof. - What a lovely hotel, which belied its 3 stars. We were lucky enough to have a room overlooking the castle view and although the room wasn't luxury, it was comfortable. There is a smart bar where you can watch people arriving for the concerts in the church next door and the location of the hotel is superb. We didn't eat there, but breakfast was okay.

  The friendly atmosphere in the hotel permeated all departments and we appreciated the excellent restaurant. The rooms on the back of the hotel are very quiet. The hotel is only ten kilometres from the golf club at Gams, up a wonderful road through the forest and into the hills.   This hotel is a hidden gem, a diamond in the rough. Unfortunately, we stayed but one night, but the hotel saff made one feel welcone from the moment we arrived. The rooms are very clean, the restaurant and patio very inviting and the food excellent.
