  Amazing view over the lake! best in the area! Great free facilities: swimming pool, sauna. Very clean and well equipped rooms. We stayed on the first floor (room 013), so we did not have a view to lake, but we enjoyed private entry to garden, and at night had a stunning moon shine over the valley. There is a post bus terminal at the entrance to the Hotel which ensures that those guests who travel without a car have either this option, or the cable car to Brusino-Arsizio which connects with the boat service on the lake Lugano. No shiny bells and whistles, no corporate logo, just a cozy place with a restaurant that was full on Saturday night, and for good reason. - Clean pleasant room,friendly staff.Dinner at restaurant very nice.
