  Everything about this hotel was just perfect. We were lucky enough to book a double room, as the hotel was fully booked. No wonder! When we arrived, the very polite staff answered our questions before we even asked them! They even provided us a list of the tapas we have to try, and also the recommended restaurants. The rooms were each beautifully and individually decorated with taste, a mini fridge, some with balconies, situated in the old and fun part of San Sebastián.   The hotel was ideally located for us as it was relatively easy arriving and leaving by car and was a nice walk ( about 20 mins) to the old town, beach and other sites. Onsite parking was available - make sure you get your room card from reception before parking car or you can't use lifts to the hotel! The restaurant wasn't open during our stay, but cafe at the front was good for a drink or a - The staff were very friendly and spoke English. We chose this hotel as we were arriving by car and didn't want to drive right into the city centre. The walk into town only takes 10-15 mins. We also loved the movie theme of the hotel and got the Bob Hoskins room. The rooms have DVD players and you can hire for free, movies from the hotel to watch, so we thought this was pretty cool. Can't comment on the breakfast as we went an ate elsewhere.
