  This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just takes... ce que les gens disent » me 5 mins (euro 8-10) to take a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  The apartments were lovely. We were surprised to get as much room as we did. Nice balcony which we could see the sea. And the apartments were clean. Food was good okay but not much variety however we all enjoyed the food that was given. Right by the beach and a short walk away from a few bars. Lovely big apartment overlooking the wonderful lagoon pool. Exactly as it looks in the photographs. Location was great with everything on your doorstep. The people in Tenerife were all so friendly. Highly recommend.

  We have stayed in the apart hotel in the middle of May for a little bit more than a week. The hotel is perfectly located, just a bit outside of the noisy in the evenings bars, very close to the Playa de Las Vistas beach (it took us 7 min to walk to the beach, not hurrying of course), within a short walk to all kinds of bars and restaurants, and ni... ce que les gens disent » ghtlife, and the supermarket Mercadona is 5 minutes away which is also very convenient. The bus stop is around the corner and can take you to the airp - Very relaxing - staff very helpful. Requested a move after the first night as our balcony overlooked the main road and it was noisy very early. We were moved to another apartment overlooking the pool. Although the apartments are very close to shopping, bars, etc, it is very quiet and peaceful within the complex.

  El Marquis Palace was absolutely out of this world.It was over and above our expectations. The staff could not do enough for us, the pool side was so relaxed and clean. The apartment was superb. We han a very good room on the second floor with a big balcony to the swimming pool and separate bedroom. Enjoyed dinner buffet.Good spot if you have a car, however parking on street must be hard to get in high season as was difficult enough finding space in Jan and hotel charge for their parking.
