  Staff were the best I've come across from a hotel - they are sincerely in their helpfulness and nothing is too much trouble. Really fantastic people. That is a sure sign of quality management and that they truly care. Their - This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. Rooms are very nice and clean (we especially liked a piece of gourmet chocolate every evening as the maid came to prepare the room for the night for us), excellent air-conditioning for the heatwave that we experienced that week. First of all we would like to thank Carlos. Very helpful administrator! He solved very quickly all the problems. Nice villa, good view, all what you need is car to see all the beauties of Tenerife. Kitchen is fully equipped! Villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. We had villa Nr. 32 with WiFi!!! Own garage!
