  This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just takes... ce que les gens disent » me 5 mins (euro 8-10) to take a taxi to Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  I liked that all appartments were so close to the pool and bar area and none were more that 30 seconds away from the central area. The staff were also excellent with our young daughter, particularly the pool attendant (life gaurd) and the staff at the poolside bar. - Very clean and very well maintained. Cleaners are wonderful.   Friendly staff and hotel facilities - The Location of the Hotel was very good with just a short walk downhill to Fanebe Beach. The All Inclusive element was very good value considering the Euro/Pound exchange rate.
