Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway.
The view is fantastic, the sound of the waves too, 10 out of 10 for the spectacular view.
The furniture is old but still fulfilling the requirements, everything worked.

Excellent value for your money. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

The apartment was first class to me it was like home from home it was very comfortable with a full kitchen with all the equipment you would have in your own home I did not even have to buy washing up liquid or kitchen towels everything you needed was provided in the price and the cleaners kept the apartment Very clean a big flat screen TV in sitti

Overall, we found the experience very good. It seemed as though the whole experience was designed so that you had minimal interruptions, maximum privacy and relaxation on your own terms. Some staff members were a bit cold and had poor English knowledge, but 2 staff male members from the front desk really made our stay as personal and relaxing as i

The staff were very helpful and gave great advise on sights, buses etc. Lovely pool and area around pool is very relaxing. There's a bus stop right outisde the door that goes to the airport. Near numerous restaurants, shops and Playa las Vistas beach. Location is excellent, very quiet at night and yet only 5 mins walk for main Playas de Americas strip. The Colonial atmosphere of the whole city, with yourselves just on the edge, and included. We were just amazed at La Laguna City and we loved it, much different to the rest of Tenerife.
