A lot of people advice to take only breakfast and dinner but we were so happy to have all inclusive: no headache about where to eat. All inclusive is the choice for absolute relaxation!
Arena beach is very close to the hotel, the ocean is amazing, we were swimming only in wild water!

The apartment entained a kitchen and living room. It was very clean and clean towels were provided 5 days a week. Entertainment every night and a very good reception desk speaking all the languages. Good price vs. quality ratio. Very good positioning: a stone’s throw away from restaurants & terraces + beach across the pedestrian path next to the hotel. The room was ok, clean, „up to date” furniture. Good breakfast. Bottom line, we recommend it and it is to be taken into account for a future trip to Tenerife.

the previous reviews i have read mention the hotel is very dated i can say the the hotel is quite the opposite. the hotel was very clean and the up keep of the hotel was very good. Around the pool area was always spotless plenty of sunbeds never had to get up early and make a made rush for them. The restaurant always had a good choice, only problem was if you turn t up at the wrong time sometimes the food was cold but overall had a pleasant holiday.

The Colonial atmosphere of the whole city, with yourselves just on the edge, and included. We were just amazed at La Laguna City and we loved it, much different to the rest of Tenerife. We have lived here for 11 years and was our first visit from Playa San Juan. Well done on your lovely Hotel, we will come again. -

Just about everything! Staff helpful effecient and friendly. Room comfortable and a good size. Breakfast has a superb selection tho could have done with the option of soya milk at breakfast but that's because I don't like milk! Spa was luxurious and massages were very good thermal spa area was well laid out too. Good location as well -

Had a fine big room/apt overlooking pool. Just a short drive from the airport. Nice staff and well kept. Enjoyed dinner buffet.Good spot if you have a car, however parking on street must be hard to get in high season as was difficult enough finding space in Jan and hotel charge for their parking. "San Blas" area, which is just a spin down the road
